Checkbox Option in Action Notes
Request for an option to insert a clickable checkbox in the Notes section of Workflows. We would like the team member completing the action to be able to check off step-by-step parts of the Action.

Multi Layered Filtering
It would be great to filter by entered date of actions and then by due date of actions so you can see the order in which actions should be completed based on how long they have been in the system.

We have an increasing number of snowbirds, so their Primary Address does not always reflect their State of Residence. Can the State of Residency be added as an option so we can select it to appear on Summary Cards?

Add Nickname to top header area

In Junxure Cloud when you use the Ctrl J keyboard short cut, it pushes the the "date stamp" to a new line and is automatically bolded text. I would love to not have to un-bold the text and move it to the line I would like it each time. It actually is
Reminders- allow for timestamp in this field
It would be helpful to be able to do a timestamp in the reminder field.
"Control J" in the Reminder section of New Layout
We are not able to use the Cntrl J function in the Alert/Reminder section of the new record layout. We like to include date and team member initials when we add an alert/reminder in case someone needs clarification. This way we know when it was input
Add date stamp to reminders
It would be helpful to add a date stamp to reminders so we can see how old the information is and if it should be removed if it's really old.
Time Stamps (Ctrl-J) Adjust to Single Space
Would it be possible to adjust the Time Stamp (Ctrl-J) feature in actions to be single-spaced instead of double spaced? Or at least provide the option to choose between the two? When everything is double spaced it makes the notes within actions more challenging
Ctrl + j Timestamp in Custom Fields free-text
Pre 2023 we were able to timestamp in the custom fields free-text areas. Since then it has disappeared. It was very useful to keep track of notes and ensure nothing gets stale.
Please Widen the Record and Contact Tiles on New Layout
Lengthy emails are getting cut off in the new layout as well as Tags and Classifications. I feel there is plenty of screen real estate to widen the tiles a little bit to help fit in more characters of information.

Birthday List Check-box on Summary
Please put the birthday list check box on the record summary page. Too many people at our firm forget to go into the actual record to check the box when entering the info and we like to celebrate milestone birthdays with our clients.
List Advisor 1 under Relationships Tab
It would be helpful to see, at a glance, a column for who the Advisor 1 is for each relationship listed to a client without having to click back to the original client or click into that relationship person (i.e. child).
Promote Informational contact
As was possible in Junxure Desktop, please include the option to promote an informational contacts/relationships into it's own Junxure record. Thank you!

Personal Information/Notes Section Edit Box
In the Notes section, we see only 7 lines at a time in the edit box which isn't enough. We keep a lot of Notes. Please have the box size increased.
Notes section under Records Profile
When reading existing NOTES under each Record it is a LARGE screen. When we select the EDIT feature it gets super small to about 1.5 In of screen space- some extensive notes can take 5-10 minutes to scroll to locate a piece to edit. EXPAND the EDIT screen

We use Notes, Important Information to store web address, user and passwords for a variety of vendors. It would be nice to have HTML capable text options so we can add hyperlinks in Notes Section. Right now the only option is plain text.

Ability to Edit the Reminder from actions
When working in actions I can click the icon to view the reminder. It would be great if I could also edit the reminder when viewing. HOW WE USE IT There is usually an event that takes place to cause the update of reminders. That event is noted in an action

Add the reminders tab to show on each tab instead of just the summary page (the entire description across the top, not just the symbol). That way, when doing an action, the reminders are clear and you don't have to search for it. They sometimes are not
Ability to Bulk Change Actions

copy and paste extra clicks
I am unable to just copy and paste when creating emails through workflows. Instead, I have to hit the paste at the top and paste it separately in order for it to get to the body of the email.
Dashboard - new client by source/lost client by reason
It would be nice to see new/won clients by source on a dashboard. We can see all opportunities by channel, but I want to actually see where the new clients that signed up came from. This would also be helpful for completing benchmark surveys (i.e. Schwab).
