Add recurring actions to multiple records at one time
I would love to be able to run a grid report pulling in as many clients as I want, and add a recurring action to all the records at one time .......just like it's possible to add a regular action to multiple records at one time. It is extremely time consuming, not to mention mind-numbingly boring, adding new annual or quarterly recurring actions to our clients' records. Any chance begging would help? ;-)

Add "Effective Date" to Main Assets Workspace Column Chooser
I would like to add a column in the main Assets Workspace for the date assets were either uploaded into Junxure or manually updated so we can see at a glance the current-as-of date for each asset. If I click into an asset, say an IRA, then I can see a column called "Effective Date" which shows the date the value was imported to Junxure. Ability to Export all of your Positions in mass
Is there a way to pull/export the position data without going to each client individually? We have 529 accounts that we would like to compile a complete list of including their positions in the accounts. Thank you
Assets Effective Date
Our Clearing Firm does not integrate with Junxure therefore we are managing our assets manually. Would it be possible for the “Effective Date” found in the Positions Details added as option in the column chooser on the Assets Grid. This would be helpful when updating the assets tab so you can see the last time they were updated.
Review ALL email addresses in an email for email archive.
I understand, that when we send an email using "Reply All", Junxure only looks at the first email address and processes it for email archive if the email address exists in a contact record. I suggest all the email addresses in the Reply All are analyzed and email archives are made accordingly. It is very misleading for team members who look at email history. With a possible "Reply All" situation, it's impossible to determine if a reply when out by looking at email archive history.
