I'm having an issue when I click on an action from the grid, and it opens the page to edit the action, the entire page is completely static - I can't click on anything (no links, no buttons, nothing - it just highlights the whole page when I click anywhere).
Efficiently Moving Files
As part of our daily plan update tasks, we often move multiple files from one document folder to another. There are typically 10+ documents and it is inefficient to edit each file individually. Is there a bulk file mover or even a drag and drop feature

Recurring Action Definition - additional Column Chooser option
Please add Advisor 1 and Advisor 2 as additional columns to be able to select for the Recurring Action Definition. This is helpful for recurring actions we have assigned to Ques.
Revenue
Desktop had a feature where the revenue would be broken down by time frame - quarter, one year, inception, etc. Please bring that back to a contact dashboard.
Font Size - set default size and enable global change
Would it be possible to change the default font size? And even better, would it also be possible to globally change all workflows font sizes too?
Calanedar Increments
Every program has increments that can be chosen for time on a calendar, except this one. Outlook 365, calendly, and others allow an hour to be broken into 15 minute increments or more. This program should do the same and it should have been done by now.
New Dashboards - Timeframe for Actions: Add 1day, 1 week, 1 month periods
I would like to see how many tasks were completed the previous day by staff, calls made, etc. How many meetings were done the previous week, are people on track with their weekly meeting goals? Thanks
Dashboard: Actions per Record
From a workload distribution perspective, being able to display the # of workflows/actions launched per record. Expanding this to include type of action would also be helpful.
New Dashboard- Reduce Field Size
Can the New Dashboard "Action Item" grid be reduced back to 2 rows by 1 column? The previous layout was much easier to view and it was nice to be able to have two grids side-by-side. The whole purpose of a dashboard is to have a great extent of content

Add color to each line of actions list to differentiate between actions. Similar to Junxure desktop.
Calendly Integration - Date Override
Please consider updating the Calendly integration. Currently the integration is built by default to override our due date settings to the date of the meeting. This is problematic since we need to know to set up the workflow to prep for the meeting 6 weeks
Additional Email
I'd like to see Additional Email added to the Column Chooser so I can see easily if our admin person has correctly checked it on the client record.
Searching in the body of an email doesn't work any longer in Cloud.
In Junxure desktop, we were able to search a word on the entire email grid, and that grid included a field for approx the first 300 characters of the body of the email. Now unable to locate specific emails in client records easily. We use Office 365
Absolute Action Lock - Lock Action If Anyone is Editing It

We sometimes have a 401(k) Plan or other entity that is the referral source for a new client/record. While often times a referral source is a person, there are instances when that is not the case. However, we can only select the trustee (Person 1 or 2)
Viewing Actions in a Calendar View

Action Management Search feature by Action number

Action ID numbers- question, not an enhancement request; help needed
There doesn't seem to be a search feature to find existing Actions nor prior Actions by their Action ID numbers. All Actions have one, but I cannot find any reference as to how to search for an Action by its ID number. In JD it is under Action Management
No global pre-built reports? Not an enhancement request- functionality not addressed
While I know that JD is not AE, JD had a vast selection of global pre-built reports that were not record specific- in AE, the pre-built reports are lean with limited functionality. And there's a dearth of global reports, such as- show me all the actions
Actions still takes you to the old layout, needs to go to the new layout
When I click on an Action from my "My past due and Due Today" list, it takes me to the old layout. It would be a time saver if it went to the workflow tab on the new layout. I now have to click on the record name, the workflows tab, and the action itself
Search Workflow Name

Checkbox Option in Action Notes
Request for an option to insert a clickable checkbox in the Notes section of Workflows. We would like the team member completing the action to be able to check off step-by-step parts of the Action.
Meeting Frequency - Triennial
We would like to add a "meeting frequency" of every 3 years (I believe the technical term would be "triennial"). We meet with a majority of our clients every 3 years, and not having that as an option in the system basically renders the Meeting Monitor
