Truncating Record Tags

Revenue import, negative numbers, and Revenue by Type

Close Opportunity WITHOUT Choosing "Won" or "Lost"
I recall being able to change the status of an Opportunity to close if without choosing Won or Lost. I am no longer able to do that as I have to choose one or the other to close the Opportunity. I was told I could choose "Blank," but that's not working
Mass email to some primary and some additional email addresses
We would like the ability to send a mass email to some primary and some additional email addresses. Right now there are only two options--send to just primary addresses or send to all primary/additional email addresses.
Add Nickname to top header area
We would like to see the Nickname displayed in the top header to remind us that John goes by 'Jack' and Margaret by 'Maggie' etc.
Additional Alerts and/or Custom Alerts

In Junxure Cloud when you use the Ctrl J keyboard short cut, it pushes the the "date stamp" to a new line and is automatically bolded text. I would love to not have to un-bold the text and move it to the line I would like it each time. It actually is
Reminders- allow for timestamp in this field
It would be helpful to be able to do a timestamp in the reminder field.
"Control J" in the Reminder section of New Layout
We are not able to use the Cntrl J function in the Alert/Reminder section of the new record layout. We like to include date and team member initials when we add an alert/reminder in case someone needs clarification. This way we know when it was input

Time Stamps (Ctrl-J) Adjust to Single Space
Would it be possible to adjust the Time Stamp (Ctrl-J) feature in actions to be single-spaced instead of double spaced? Or at least provide the option to choose between the two? When everything is double spaced it makes the notes within actions more challenging
Ctrl + j Timestamp in Custom Fields free-text
Pre 2023 we were able to timestamp in the custom fields free-text areas. Since then it has disappeared. It was very useful to keep track of notes and ensure nothing gets stale.
Please Widen the Record and Contact Tiles on New Layout
Lengthy emails are getting cut off in the new layout as well as Tags and Classifications. I feel there is plenty of screen real estate to widen the tiles a little bit to help fit in more characters of information.
Completed, Canceled or Failed
It would be great to have the option to not only mark an action Completed, but instead canceled or failed. Sometimes the client fails to complete the action and it would be nice to mark this action as Failed. And sometimes the client decided to cancel
Revenue Report from Records Tab - increase number of records in results
Currently, the revenue report from the Records tab only allows for 200 rows. Please increase this to at least 500 rows. I work with advisors that have more than 200 records and can't provide them a report for their practice.

Recurring Action Definition - add Column "Last Meeting Date"
Please consider adding the Column Chooser option "Last Meeting Date" to the Recurring Action Definition. This would be a very helpful field for our firm for scheduling since we are not utilizing the Service Monitor.
