Improvements To This Forum
I applaud the fact that Junxure has the "Prod Ideas" forum to allow public feedback. The fact that you're also providing responses in the open (e.g. "In Progress", "Under Review", "Will Not Implement") so that everyone can see what progress is taking place is also fantastic. Our firm is new to Junxure, but this practice is a huge confidence boost to us that you are looking to the future and that the product will continue to improve. But I'd like to suggest a few improvements to the forum itself.
FYI's copying over for Move/Copy workflow
I noticed that any FYI's I assigned in a workflow are also carrying over when copying a workflow over to another record. I don't believe this used to be the case. I was selecting FYIs for employee positions, so I'm not sure if that was the catalyst
Document Delivery Preference Button
It would be helpful to have an option to indicate how our clients prefer to receive paperwork/documents (i.e. paper versus electronic delivery). Is this something that could be added to the basic info area in addition to the communication preference option.
"Today's Date" in the Calendar Pop Up
Would it be possible to add a "Today's Date" in the calendar that pops up when you are selecting a date in Junxure? When I am updating the Assets information, often times, it has been about a year since my last update. When I go to choose the "Effective Date", it would be helpful to have a "Today's Date" or something along those lines so that you can easily select the current date. Otherwise, you have to clear out the existing and type in the current date OR click through the calendar to get to today.
Actions: Service Monitor Check Box
When completing an action that fulfills a Service Monitor item attached to the action, the checkbox should remained checked when returning to the completed action. If I return to the action on which I checked the service monitor box, it appears I have

I have a two-person service team. It would be great if I could assign an action (prepare acct opening docs) to both members of the team, so that both members can see the action, one can complete it and then it drops from both of their to-do lists. One
Is there a "Last Edited" or "Last Changed" field?
I'd like to be able to search and sort actions by the last time they were edited. Is that possible?
Embedded Hyperlinks
When adding hyperlinks to various parts of the system there seems to be some lack of functionality. For example, when inserting a hyperlink in an action\workflow notes section, you can only insert the URL and are not able to alter the text that shows.
Adding a Custom Field - Web Forms
We would love to be able to have a 'custom field' or multiple to the Web Forms portion in Junxure. We would be able to utilize Web Forms more effectively in adding this. Thanks!
Resizing an Action
It would be very helpful to be able to change the size of an action so you can read more notes. When you open an action to make edits you can move the box around on screen, however, you can't change the size of it. After you have made multiple note entries
Default Font Size
Allow user to change default font size for actions or increase it globally. Size 8 is too small.
Enlarge Record Summary Card
Please make the Record Summary Card in the new view BIGGER, so we can see all of the information it contains. There is plenty of room to make it wider now that the navigation menu/dropdowns are at the top Thank you! :)
Next Scheduled Meeting
On the Meeting Monitor Report you have a column titled: Next Scheduled It would be helpful to be able to add this field to the Record Summary Card. On our Summary Card we have the Last Meeting listed and how nice it would be to see when the next appointment
Last Meeting Dates
Currently, when it is working correctly, the Last Meeting Date Field pulls from the most recent Meeting action's closed date. We are using the Due Date as the date of the meeting. Sometimes it takes some time after the meeting for the advisor to complete

User Defined Filed in a different section of the Record
am I able to put a user defined filed in a different section of the record? For example, I created a user defined field for Wedding Anniversary and it currently show in the user fields section of the record. Can I make it so we fill in the anniversary
LaserApp Integration

When a user creates a letter in Junxure they generally want to print and mail said letter. It would be great if we could print the letter once it's complete. Be able to highlight/edit fields when sending an e-mail from an action
When creating an e-mail from a workflow, we've noticed it is almost impossible to highlight an e-mail address to replace or edit the field (for example if you want to correct a typo). You can click to the right and slowly hit backspace to remove one character

fpPathfinder
Please consider adding FP Pathfinder as an integration partner. Their Interactive Flow Charts are a great way to document action items for clients. Redtail, Wealthbox, XLR8 and Salesforce allow the completed flowchart to be saved directly into the CRM.
New Address in Asset field
When I select New Address when editing a property in Assets, it won't save the new address to the asset.
Enter key vs click of mouse when adding a new record
