When will the eMoney integration happen? I see another post on the forum from three years ago but no update from Advisor Engine.
POAs
We are looking for the best way to add a POA to a record. It would be helpful to hear how other users add POAs to their client records.
Are you finding that AE's Worldox component works well, and do you also use Kofax?
We just migrated and are using AE's own doc handling/mngmnt system. I checked preferences today and noticed AE offers an interface with Worldox. And that program plays nicely with Kofax, which we have used for ages and really like. If anyone has any experience

hello, As of now, the main page of the Record shows the advisor 1 and 2, CRS, client address, phone, email, classification, tags, aum, last meeting and anniversary. could you please also add a secondary phone and email to that page? thank you

Manually archiving emails
I'm wondering if something has changed when manually archiving emails. I have noticed twice in the past week that I have used the binoculars to look up a record and attached an email to said record, but it ends up becoming part of a past email thread (likely because the client had replied to an old email). I understand the system is trying to keep related emails under the same action, but I think in the past this was a choice. This seems to be happening automatically, and it is burying new emails
Return to Grid - without refreshing page
Would like the feature of Return to Grid after you complete a task, that it will refresh on its own vs having to refresh (F5 or go out of the page then go back in) the page. This has always been a feature, however as of 8/26/20...we now have to refresh the page in order for the task to show as complete/change of date. I completed a ticket on 8/26/20, and was told that the team was working on it. Now, it's been almost a month and still has not been fixed. Can we please have a the team re-look at
Workflow Action Template Category
We are in the process of migrating from desktop to Cloud. In desktop, the categories we use for our templates and sequences are very broad. I would like to expand these in Cloud to be more useful for users. I was wondering if a few firms would share what their categories are. Thank you in advance!
Dual Citizenship
What is the best way to record dual citizenship in Junxure? I thought about adding that to the drop down options, but then there would be no way to know which countries the client is a citizen of. Any suggestions or ideas?
Distribution Request with Standing Instructions Workflow
How do you track distribution requests with standing instructions? Are they separate workflows or combined in one workflow. Are unique action tags also considered? Would love to see how other firms are handling this. Especially with the Rule 206 Custody Rule. The baseline hypothesis is all standing instructions are a distribution request, but not all distributions are standing instructions.
Exports of Key Data Fields
There appears to be no way to export data in the Profile/Relationships/Informational Contacts section of Junxure on a global level. I can export the grid on a record level, but need to be able to export this information enmasse. There should be better tools for getting data that is already in the database out to a file.
Jx Desktop had a tab for Client Goals and Objectives, will Jx Cloud impliment this?
We have kept track of client goals and objectives over the years. We just switched from Jx Desktop and cannot find a comparable solution to the goal tracker in Jx Cloud. Will this be added any time soon?
Assets Grid
I know this was mentioned at the conference, but I didn't see it here. When you filter the asset grid, then click on a record/asset to view it, there isn't an easy way to get back to the asset grid you just filtered (unless you save each filter which is annoying for small tasks). Can you just change it so that when you click on an asset it opens a new window tab to view the record/asset?
Deleting Record / Documents
For Compliance reasons - we need to delete records (not just archive). If I delete the Record, does all their Documents delete as well or does it stay in our document storage? Or do we need to delete all the Documents first before deleting a Record?

Passing phone number as argument in address bar for search
Is there a way to pass a phone number as an argument in the URL to be able to search junxure contacts for that phone number? We are trying to integrate junxure cloud with our phone system to be able to pull up a contact in junxure when they call in to our phones. We were able to do this in the past with Junxure desktop by sending the phone number as an argument when opening junxure. This worked great for us in the desktop version and we are really missing this feature in the cloud version.
OAuth support for Exchange Online
With Microsoft announcing the end of Basic Authentication (and App Passwords) for Exchange online coming in October 2020, can we expect an OAuth authentication implementation from Junxure? Without this, we will lose the ability to send emails from Junxure. Insurance Notes
The Insurance input has many small text boxes and can contain a lot of information. But the insurance note box is extremely slim. Is there a way to enlarge the insurance note box or make it a pop out for easier access?

Docstar Integration
We use Docstar Cloud as our Document Management System. Previously (before Docstar and Junxure went to the cloud), we were able to move documents from Docstar to Junxure by just clicking "Send To" in Docstar and picking the folder we want it to go in in Junxure. Being as though they are both on the cloud, we can't do that anymore. Is there a way (besides downloading and uploading) you can integrate them? Will we be able to send documents to Junxure from Docstar and vice versa?
Selection Tool?
What purpose does this tool even serve? If I can't reassign ONLY the selected to a different user, can't copy ONLY the selected, can't run a report on ONLY the selected-- why does the tool exist? And are these functions that COULD be utilized? The reassign action tool is useful, but only if someone leaves the firm-- what about in managing day to day workflow? Integration - Scwhab Service Reqeust
Is it possible to tie an action via UIactionID to a Schwab Service request? It would be great to tie the Service request with the corresponding Alert received from Schwab which designates fulfillment of the request.
Service Monitor - Terminated Clients
What's the best practice for the service monitor when a client leaves the firm? Currently we change the service level to a blank "None" service level that we created, but then we lose the ability to see historical data about what service level that client was in before they terminated. Does Junxure or any other user have a best practice suggestion for how to handle this? Currently we don't leave the service level on the record because we don't want any actions to pop up after the client leaves the
